During those years, Mr. Mansour managed many projects throughout the life cycle, from the tender stage through planning, mobilization, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning, followed by handover, operation, and maintenance. Playing an instrumental role in the success of many infrastructure projects, framework contracts, and catchment zone framework management for different types of assets such as reverse osmosis plants, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations (potable water, foul sewage, surface ground water, treated effluent water), foul sewer networks, surface ground water networks, and treated water networks.
